They have a patent pending fare prediction system to help you decide when to buy. It’s really useful and has saved me a lot of money so far. Until now, it has only been for the US market. They have just released limited international flight information (no predictions yet).
One of their coolest features is their FareGaurd, which is like a fare hike insurance.
This type of technology is a great tool to empower customers, who due to the airline industry have suffered from very secretive pricing schemes.
